રવાના : કિસાન નગર ના રહીશો , મોં જે. ગામ હેતમપુરા , ડભોઇ રોડ , વડોદરા -390004. તા. 01/07/2018 પ્રતિ , શ્રી જિલ્લા પંચાયત વડોદરા , બી - 1/2 , પાલક રોડ , બહુદાસ મોહલ્લા , શિયાબાગ , વડોદરા , ગુજરાત- 390001. વિષય : રહેવાસી એરિયા માં ગૈર કાયદાસર બાંધ કામ તેમજ વેપારી તથા ઔધોગિક પ્રવુતિઓને અટકાવા તેમજ હટાવવા બાબત .... મા. સાહેબ શ્રી, જય ભારત સહ ઉપરોક્ત વિષયના સંદર્ભમાં આપ સાહેબને જણાવાનું કે કિસાન નગર જે ગુજરાત ગ્રામ ગૃહ નિર્માણ બોર્ડ ની જગ્યા છે જે લોકો ને રહેવા માટે અવંટન કરવા માં આવેલ છે જે લોકો ને રહેવા - વસવાટ કરવા માટેના રહેઠાંણ વિસ્તાર છે હાલ માં આવા રહેવાસી વિસ્તાર માં વેપારી તથા ઔધ્યોગિક પ્રવુતિ કરવા ના ઇરાદે કોઈ પ્રકાર નું ગોડાઉન કે શેડ બનાવી રહ્યા છે. જે આવા રહેઠાણ વિસ્તાર એટલે કે રેસીડેન્સીયલ ઝોન માં કરવા માં આવે તો રહેઠાણ વિસ્તાર ની શાંતિ તેમજ લોકોના જાન-માલ ની સુરક્ષા જોખમમાં હોવાથી આ ગૈર કાયદેસર વેપારી તેમજ ઔધોગિક પ્રવુતિ ને તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે અટકાવવા વિનંતી કરવા માં આવે છે. આ વિષય ની ફરિયાદ અમે ગામ ના લોકો એ ઘણી વાર સરપંચ ની સામે ફરિયાદ કરેલ છે પણ સરપંચ કોઈ પણ વાત સાંભરવા તૈયાર નથી અને એને રોકવા માટે કોઈ પ્રયત્ન ન કરતા અમે આપ ની સામે રજૂઆત કરવાની ફરજ પડેલ છે. આથી રહેવાસી વિસ્તાર માં વેપારી તેમજ ઔધોગિક પ્રવુત્તિને અટકાવવા કાયદાકીય જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે.
